Inquiry Filtering Policy

To protect both parties and maintain the integrity of our services, CultureShift reserves the right to reject or ignore any inquiry that meets one or more of the following criteria:

Inquiries with no clear source of referral (e.g., from JETRO, Google, Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) will not be considered.

Inquiries flagged as SPAM by our email systems will be automatically discarded.

Inquiries from free email providers (e.g., @gmail.com, @yahoo.com) will require further validation.

We require a company name and a working website. Email must be sent from a domain-matching address.

The purpose of the inquiry must be clearly stated, specific, and aligned with the scope of our services.

Requests related to 419-style scams or large-scale fund transfers into Japan will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Any inquiry that overpromises financial gain to CultureShift will be ignored.

Evasive or suspicious responses to our standard questions will result in the inquiry being flagged as fraudulent.

The free consultation will be limited to a 30-minute scope of inquiry.

Service Acceptance Criteria

CultureShift will only accept clients who meet the following conditions:

We do not accept business inquiries originating from Africa or the Middle East at this time.

CultureShift does not directly import or export physical goods. We only offer consulting support for setting up businesses related to import/export in Japan.

Our services are primarily intended for corporate entities. If the client is an individual, they must currently be affiliated with an existing organization.

Legal Agreement

By checking the box and submitting your inquiry, you affirm that:

You understand and agree to all the above conditions.

You are acting in good faith and do not intend to defraud or mislead CultureShift or its representatives.

You accept that any false or misleading representation may result in immediate termination of any potential engagement.

COMMON PROVISIONS

No waiver

Our failure to assert any right or provision under these terms does not waive that right or provision. No waiver will constitute a continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

Service interruption

To maintain the best service level, we reserve the right to interrupt the service for maintenance, updates, or other changes, with appropriate notification.

We may suspend or discontinue the service within legal limits. If discontinued, we will assist you in withdrawing personal data and respect your rights regarding continued product use and compensation under applicable law.

The service may be unavailable due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as infrastructure breakdowns or blackouts.

Service reselling

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of our website or its service without our express written permission, granted either directly or through a legitimate reselling program.
